Kimberly J. Webb

Kimberly J. Webb, Esq. is the founder of The Law Office of Kimberly J. Webb, where she provides personalized and strategic legal services in probate and estate planning, and family law. Her mission is to make the law more accessible and less overwhelming, guiding clients with both skill and compassion.

From an early age, Kimberly Webb was inspired by the quiet strength of her mother and grandmother, who taught her that compassion is most powerful when paired with action. Their legacy of service instilled in her a lifelong commitment to uplifting others and creating meaningful change.

A proud Southfield native and graduate of Southfield High School, Kimberly went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. These studies deepened her understanding of how laws and systems shape lives and prepared her to turn knowledge into advocacy.

Kimberly built a distinguished 26-year career in federal public service, where she represented the government in complex legal matters and stood as both a zealous advocate for the rule of law and a compassionate steward of public trust. Today, she brings that same dedication to her private practice, focusing on Probate & Estate Planning, and Family Law.

Beyond the courtroom, Kimberly continues her commitment to service through her beloved Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and as an active member of Hope United Methodist Church. In every arena of her life, she remains guided by the principles of advocacy, service, and a deep belief in the power of community.
